The US, UK, and Canada imposed fresh sanctions on Iran, targeting its drone program. The US Treasury Department in a statement said over a dozen entities, individuals, and vessels played a key role in facilitating and financing the clandestine sale of drones to Iran’s Ministry of Defense and Armed Forces Logistics (MODAFL).
