We are looking for a skilled web developer to help us integrate and customize our existing chatbot on our WordPress site, Mediate.com. The chatbot, currently hosted on Huggingface and embedded via an iframe, assists users in finding mediators for their disputes. However, this setup limits our ability to control the chatbot’s appearance and functionality using JavaScript or CSS. We need a more flexible solution that integrates seamlessly with our website’s design.

The chatbot is functional and uses Gradio for the user interface, Pinecone for storing mediator information, OpenAI for natural language understanding, and Langchain for integration. The chatbot workflow involves asking users to describe their issue, requesting additional details if necessary, and returning a list of suitable mediators. We need to improve the integration to enhance performance and user experience.

We require a developer to embed the chatbot with custom code, create a customizable interface, and manage server-side hosting and API interactions. The developer should also optimize the chatbot’s performance and ensure it can return multiple results efficiently. While we currently use Gradio, we are open to alternative methods that don’t require starting from scratch.

The ideal candidate should have strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, API integration, and chatbot development. Experience with Pinecone, OpenAI, Langchain, and machine learning concepts is also important. We aim to start this project immediately and have a working prototype within a few weeks. Interested developers should submit their application with relevant examples of their previous work.

Hourly Range: $25.00-$70.00
