The Israeli military has reportedly finalised the plan for the much-touted ground invasion of Rafah city in Gaza. However, several soldiers have refused to join the planned operation. Around 30 reserve paratroopers have declined calls to prepare for the Rafah operation, reported Channel 12. The soldiers exhaustion from previously fighting in the still ongoing war in Gaza.
