Job Responsibilities:
● Deliver engaging and dynamic live sessions within our comprehensive Full Stack Software Development Bootcamp, covering topics like:
● HTML, CSS, JavaScript fundamentals, Git & GitHub, UNIX command line, LMS platform navigation.
● Essential developer tools, advanced HTML, CSS, JavaScript, debugging techniques, project design, planning & management.
● Front-end frameworks (ReactJS) or Angular, APIs, data structures, client-side models, form validation, state management with libraries, AI for code assistance.
● Back-end development with Python or Nodejs, database interaction (e.g., MongoDB, SQL), RESTful APIs, secure authentication & authorization, unit testing.
● Flask Framework, CRUD operations, full-stack integration strategies.
● Provide personalized guidance and support to students, fostering a positive learning environment that promotes active participation and problem-solving skills.
● Develop and adapt curriculum materials to continuously improve the program’s effectiveness and relevance to industry demands.
● Design and evaluate practical projects, ensuring they challenge students while solidifying their understanding of key concepts.
● Track student progress, provide regular feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
● Maintain open communication with students and address their concerns and questions promptly.
● Collaborate with fellow instructors and program leads to ensure program consistency and seamless delivery.

Qualifications:

Technical:
● Proven experience of 3+ years as a professional software developer with expertise in the covered technologies (JavaScript frameworks, Python, NodeJS, React, Flask, web development, etc.).
● In-depth understanding of front-end and back-end development principles and practices.
● Strong mastery of Git and version control systems.
● Experience with essential developer tools and methodologies (Chrome DevTools, linters, debugging techniques, etc.).
● Experience with (e.g., MongoDB, SQL (SQLAlchemy for python and MySQL): Store, retrieve, and manipulate data efficiently using different database types like relational (SQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).

Instructional:
● Demonstrated passion for teaching and ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear, engaging, and accessible manner.
● Experience in designing and delivering effective learning experiences in a classroom setting.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a positive, collaborative learning environment.
● Ability to provide constructive feedback and guide students towards success.
Other’s:
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level) is a must.
● Strong organizational and time management skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Adaptability and willingness to embrace new technologies and teaching methods.
