New venture focused on aggregating prices of gems and jewelry sold at auctions globally. We are in the early stages of our development and are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to help us build our platform from the ground up.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Automate Price Harvesting:**
   – Design and develop a system to automatically scrape and aggregate gem and jewelry prices from various auction sites worldwide.
   – Ensure the system can handle data from multiple sources, normalize it, and populate our database efficiently.

2. **Build the Initial Website:**
   – Develop a responsive and user-friendly website that serves as the foundation of our platform.
   – Create a user area where visitors can track and search for historical prices of gems and jewelry globally.

3. **Integration & Maintenance:**
   – Seamlessly integrate the automated price harvesting system with the website.
   – Ensure the system is scalable, secure, and can handle growth as the platform evolves.
   – Provide ongoing maintenance and updates as needed.

**Requirements:**

– Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong portfolio, especially in building platforms from scratch.
– Proficiency in backend technologies such as Python, Node.js, or similar for data scraping and automation.
– Expertise in frontend technologies including React, Angular, or Vue.js.
– Experience with database design and management, particularly with large datasets.
– Familiarity with API integration and data normalization techniques.
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work within set deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

– Experience with auction websites or similar e-commerce platforms.
– Knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools.
– Experience with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.) for scalable deployment.
