We are seeking a proven full stack developer to help us bring our real estate SaaS platform into 2024. This is an exciting opportunity to take an established product that currently runs on Excel and transition it to a modern tech stack.

You will be responsible for building out the full platform, including:

– Designing and implementing the backend database and API integrations
– Developing the front-end dashboard based on provided Figma mocks
– Creating custom reporting features to pull insights from the data
– Building an AI chatbot to allow users to query the database through natural language
– Our current product has over 130,000 formulas in Excel powering the calculations, so you will work closely with our team to map all the logic to the new system.

This is a complex product with lots of custom functionality, so creativity and problem solving skills are a must.

Requirements:

2+ years of building stuff on the internet

Expertise with modern frameworks like React, Node.js, MongoDB, NextJS, etc

AI development is also a huge plus, but not necessary to apply.

Experience designing and optimizing data models
Ability to write clean, well-tested code

This is estimated to take 2-3 months.
