The US State Department on April 22 confirmed the biggest snub to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky since his public spat with Donald Trump in February. US State Department spokesperson Tammy Bruce said that Secretary of State Marco Rubio will not attend the talks in London aimed at ending the war in Ukraine.
