We have an immediate need to obtain a quote to load Freeswitch, Kazoo, and Monster-UI onto an AWS instance, along with all dependencies to make it operational.  The final result should be a fully functional e-fax multi-tenant service which Kazoo has the ability to provide, with access to the Kazoo configuration via Monster-UI.
