In need of an experienced WordPress web developer to build a branded website for my Real Estate Company.

WHO IS THIS JOB FOR?
We are only looking for developers that are able to build a website on wordpress platform, have a keen eye for good design and putting things together nicely.

JOB DESCRIPTION: **MUST READ**

The website will be a normal real estate website, with city specific pages and IDX functionality.

As part of the website, a few plugins must be used to achieve a fast loading page speed. In addition, we will discuss with you the design structure and provide the content and all images needed.

***Main website functions (MUST HAVE):****

1. Fast website, must load under 2.5 seconds (We will be adding cloudflare – Must Ace in Google Page speed tool both in mobile + desktop, as well as Pingdom speed test).
2. Mobile friendly design
3. SEO friendly
4. Around 15-20 pages total
5. Install FB & Google pixels.

We will discuss all details pertaining to the website once we decide to move forward.

IMPORTANT APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS (WILL BE DENIED IF NOT MET):

1. Must be able to read, write & speak english.
2. Excellent communication over the phone and messaging, also you must be available to attend meetings when needed to go over the website and the tweaks that need to be done during the development.
3. Tell us about your experience, give 3 examples of your work we can contact from prior projects that you have worked on. We will be asking for proof that you’ve done these websites. I am not looking for an IDX type navigational website. It will be a branded real estate company website. SHOW ME YOUR BEST WORK!
