We are seeking a skilled WordPress Developer to join our team to help develop, launch, and maintain our website. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, creativity, and a keen understanding of modern web design trends, particularly in the finance and media industry.

Collaborate with our content and design teams to create an engaging, informative, and visually appealing website.
Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins tailored to our specific needs.
Ensure high performance and manage all technical aspects of the CMS.
Implement SEO best practices in collaboration with our marketing team.
Regularly update the website to include new features and functionalities as needed.
Optimize the website for speed and scalability.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting solutions as required.
Ensure website security by implementing appropriate measures and regularly updating security patches.
Qualifications:

Proven work experience as a WordPress Developer.
Strong understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery.
Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications.
Experience designing and developing responsive design websites.
Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc.
Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML).
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git.
Strong understanding of PHP back-end development.
Good understanding of website architecture and aesthetics.
Ability to manage projects and work independently.

Nice to Have:

Experience with financial or media websites.
