We are a forward-thinking company aiming to revolutionize the donation experience through our innovative platform. We are currently seeking a skilled UX/UI designer to collaborate on the second version of our donation platform, focusing on both web and mobile interfaces.

Project Overview:
The core of our project involves creating a seamless, intuitive, and engaging platform that allows nonprofit organizations to showcase their projects and receive donations. We’re committed to transparency and engagement; therefore, our platform requires features that enable nonprofits to submit regular updates and impact reports, which are then relayed to donors. This transparency helps donors see the tangible impact of their contributions.

Your Role:
As a UX/UI designer, you will:

Attend brainstorming sessions hosted by our team to learn more about this space and collect ideas prioritized by the product manager.
Lead the design process of our website and mobile application from concept to completion.
Map out user flows and create wireframes, visual designs, and prototypes.
Conduct independent research to benchmark against leading crowdfunding platforms and integrate best practices and innovative elements, such as gamification techniques, into our design.
Work closely with our development team to ensure the technical feasibility of designs and maintain design consistency across all platforms.

Skills and Qualifications:

Portfolio showcasing expertise in web and mobile UX/UI design.
Proficiency in design tools Figma.
Experience designing interactive applications with a focus on user experience and visual aesthetics.
Ability to research and integrate UX best practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Fluent in both Chinese and English
