We are seeking an experienced developer proficient in low-code or no-code platforms, specifically FlutterFlow or Bubble.io, to build a dynamic to-do list application. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of PHP for backend development and be comfortable working with database management to handle comments and history logs.

Project Scope:
The application needs to be user-friendly and feature-rich, including the following functionalities:

Task Management: Users should be able to create, view, edit, and delete tasks.
Assigned To: Each task should have an assignee, which can be selected from a list of users.
Due Date: Users must be able to set and edit due dates for tasks.
Priority Setting: Tasks should have a priority level (e.g., high, medium, low).
Notes: A field for adding additional notes to each task.
Comments and History: A crucial feature is the comments section for each task, which should display the entire history of comments and any reassignments of the task. This should be implemented in a way that preserves the history even after reassignment

Deliverables:

A fully functional to-do list application as per the described specifications.
The final backend code should be written in PHP.
Documentation for the application, including a guide on how to use and maintain it.
