As we look towards Q1/Q2 2024, our objective is to seamlessly integrate advanced automation and AI technologies into our service offerings, focusing on business digitalization and innovation.

We are in search of a talented Automation Specialist with a mastery in Make (formerly Integromat).
Initially, you will be tasked with setting up a series of automations.
Moving forward, the role will evolve to integrate these automations as a key service offering by Q1/Q2 2024, including the integration of AI technologies such as OpenAI.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Initial Automation Setup:
   – Design and implement robust automations with Make (formerly Integromat) including:
     – Advanced Tidycall and Smartlead integration.
     – Complex PDF data extraction and template population.
     – Google Sheets integration for Domain Authority data retrieval.

2. Strategic Expansion into Automation Services:
   – Crucial role in embedding automation within our core services.
   – Prepare for and facilitate the incorporation of AI technologies, such as OpenAI, into our automation frameworks.

3. Collaborative Development and Innovation:
   – Work closely with our team to craft and refine our automation strategy.
   – Keep abreast of the latest in automation and AI technologies.

Skills Required:

– Expertise in Make (formerly Integromat): Demonstrable experience in building sophisticated automations.
– Problem-Solving Aptitude: Proven ability to navigate and resolve complex automation challenges.
– Team Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
– Adaptability and Growth Mindset: Willingness to adapt and grow with emerging technologies.
– HTTP Integration Proficiency: Ability to effectively use the HTTP app to integrate applications that are not native to Make.
