The successful candidate will be instrumental in further developing an AI-powered WhatsApp chatbot on the Respond.io platform. The chatbot is already in development, hence why the candidate selected must have expertise in working with Respond.io software. Currently the bot is in a pilot phase and we are seeking a candidate to help in the further development of the chatbot based on user feedback and errors that have been made aware to us.
The chosen candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, developing and maintaining the chatbot based on the previously agreed scope. As well as managing conversations and building relationships with the relevant teams to ensure all API’s are correctly implemented and the chatbot is delivered successfully, in the time restraints agreed.
Responsibilities:
– Develop, maintain, and update the AI-powered WhatsApp chatbot to ensure it remains within the delivery scope of the project, maintaining positive user-experience, and ensuring updates are delivered as per the project timeframes.
– Design, develop, and implement advanced features for our AI-powered WhatsApp bot on the Respond.io platform.
– Troubleshoot and discover potential errors or defects in the flow, ensuring that positive user-experience is maximised, and correct data is always captured and received by the relevant API.
– Collaborate with third-party and our clients’ development teams to ensure that integration of tools and APIs are as needed to enhance chatbot functionality and provide additional services to the users, based on business objectives.
– Build and customise relevant workflows based on the client objectives, ensuring they are adequately tested, ensuring automations work without errors.
– Optimise chatbot workflows so that performance and responsiveness is maximized. Working with the relevant teams to ensure that each workflow is as fast as possible, to maximise a positive user-experience.
– Create reports on chatbot usage, identifying potential areas for future improvement based on user engagement.
– Ensure client data is secure at all times and data protection measures are in place to safeguard sensitive information.
– Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to internal teams and clients regarding chatbot issues related to the product.
It is crucial that the person apply for this project is experienced and has previous project experience in Respond.io software.
You will be directly working with our internal team and our clients development team. We will give complete scope of the project once needed and full briefing will be conducted at a time that you are successful or when relevant for you to accept.
