Develop and Integrate Auto-Apply Software: Build a cloud-based auto-apply system that interfaces seamlessly with our job board and resume tailoring application.
Collaboration: Work closely with our existing development team, contributing expertise in the specific area of auto-application systems.
Problem-Solving: Tackle the unique challenges involved in automating job application processes, ensuring reliability and user-friendliness.
Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous testing procedures to ensure the software is robust and efficient.
Maintenance and Updates: Provide ongoing support, updates, and enhancements to the software post-deployment.
Requirements:
Proven experience in developing similar cloud-based tools or web applications.
Strong proficiency in relevant programming languages and software development methodologies.
Previous experience in automating application processes, particularly in the job application or HR tech space.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a track record of innovative solutions in software development.
Ability to work collaboratively with a remote team.
