This position requires a hands-on professional with expertise in both hardware design and embedded programming, including proficiency in Delphi 7.0+, embedded C, C, and C++. Key Responsibilities:
1.    Redesign and refactoring of application code of Pathology Laboratory Machines:
•     Lead the redesign efforts for existing pathology laboratory machines to meet current technological and industry requirements.
•     Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and specifications for enhanced diagnostic capabilities.

2.    Hardware Design:
•     Develop and design hardware components for pathology laboratory machines, ensuring reliability and compliance with industry standards.
•     Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical assessments for hardware modifications and upgrades.

3.    Embedded Programming:
•     Utilize expertise in embedded programming languages, including Delphi 7.0+, embedded C, C, and C++, to implement software solutions for pathology machines.
•     Optimize and debug code for efficient and effective machine performance.

4.    Integration and Testing:
•     Integrate hardware and software components, conducting thorough testing to ensure seamless functionality and reliability.
•     Collaborate with quality assurance teams to implement and validate design changes.

5.           Qualifications:
•     Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
•     Min 6-7+ years of proven hands-on experience in redesigning pathology laboratory machines or similar field, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
•     Proficiency in hardware design, including schematic capture, PCB layout, and component selection.
•     Extensive experience in embedded programming languages such as Delphi 7.0+, embedded C, C, and C++.
•     Familiarity with industry standards and regulations in healthcare and diagnostics.
Preferred Skills:
•     Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
•     Knowledge of signal processing techniques and algorithms.
•     Experience with version control systems and collaborative development environments.
•     Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Hourly Range: $12.00-$15.00
