Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Data Product Manager to join our team. This role involves leading a talented team of data engineers and scientists to develop market-ready data products. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of business and technical acumen, leadership capabilities, and entrepreneurial initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of data engineers and data scientists, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Translate complex data buyer requests from our account team into clear, actionable development requirements.
Guide the creation of data products based on Gulp Data Valuation & Monetization reports, which include leveraging datasets to create valuable and innovative products.
Prioritize development efforts effectively across multiple projects and competing priorities, ensuring timely and quality delivery of data products.
Oversee the management of data products for multiple client companies, ensuring each product meets client needs and market standards.
Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in data science and product management to continuously improve our offerings and processes.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in product management
Strong leadership skills with experience managing data-focused teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of translating technical language for non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in agile development methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.
Knowledge of data privacy and compliance regulations.
