Scenario
1. Connect the wallet and check the token amount in the wallet:
-No access: 0: 9999999 (value can be modified by Admin of DAO)
-Access Level 1: 10000000-49999999 (value can be modified by Admin of DAO)
-Access Level 2: 50000000-99999999- (value can be modified by Admin of DAO)
-Access Level 3: 100000000 + greater (value can be modified by Admin of DAO)
Admin can manually give Level X for the selected wallet.

2. Edit username of wallet connected – to not show wallet address of the person that votes

4. LVL 2+3 can add a new vote pool:
   -Description of the pool (1000 characters)
   -Pool with minimum 2 options up to 20 options.
   -Pool – only text up to 200 character + URL link:
– Public data (can be visible in history)
– NDA data (cannot be visible in history)
   -Vote pool open till set time. Minimum 24h up to 72h
   -The voting pool must be confirmed by ADMIN to start
   -Voting pool only visible for logged and levels 1-3
5. Level 1 + Level 2 + Level 3 can vote only 1 time! No edit
6. When vote pool time is finished only save results
7. Levels 1-3 can see the full history of all earlier voting pools with the voting pool that won
8. Disconnect wallet
