I need a website built for my real estate company. 1. one part will be for for sale by owner. You will need to pull API data to the website and structure them to look like MLS listings. I need the user to be able to listing their home from the website as well.
The other part I need is the MLS listings to be shown from an IDX feed or api. This website will have fsbo listings and MLS listing for Utah and the ability for the user to add their own listing for FSBO. It also needs to have options that the sellers can purchase options for their listing.  It will also have other features which should be easy but this is the main points.

Please do not bid if you do not have extensive experience in API data integration, MLS IDX feed integration and have built custom real estate websites with these feeds and all other items in the attached doc..
