We are open to which platform or technology you recommend to build this dashboard. It will have 3 user levels: Business, trainers, and customers.

This is a fixed-budget job, so can not hire someone at an hourly rate.

A job for a freelancer who is willing to work on a reasonable budget project but then will be the go-to dev for this dashboard.
