Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Zoho CRM Implementation Specialist to lead the integration of Zoho CRM within our organization. The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless connection between Zoho CRM, and other tools we rely on daily. Your role will involve working closely with our sales and IT teams to customize, deploy, and optimize Zoho CRM to meet our specific business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation of Zoho CRM across the organization, ensuring smooth integration with existing tools such as Zoom and other communication platforms.
Customize Zoho CRM to align with our business processes, particularly focusing on outbound sales operations.
Collaborate with the sales and IT teams to identify key requirements and develop solutions to streamline workflows.
Train staff on the effective use of Zoho CRM, providing ongoing support to ensure successful adoption.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the CRM system, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Stay updated on the latest Zoho CRM features and best practices, making recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in implementing and managing Zoho CRM in a business environment.
Strong understanding of outbound sales processes and the tools used in this domain.
Experience with integrating Zoho CRM with communication tools like Zoom.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to train and support non-technical users.
