I am exploring the feasibility of an idea that would use OCR or NLP capabilities to capture  both structured and unstructured (handwritten data) and translate that data into a digital roster. The goal is that the roster can then be used for multiple purposes via api integration.

The end user would have the ability to create a digital roster of information by manually typing, voice to text, or using their phone camera scan structured/unstructured data.
