We need someone who:
1. Has a deep understanding of both platforms (but particularly Jira Service Management)
2. An ability to understand the many integrations that play a role in our zendesk and will need to be accounted for in the new system
3. Will meet with each teams to identify user requirements and provide insight from a UX/UI standpoint
4. Will help drive the project alongside our Zendesk Lead and Engineering teams.
