Develop and implement strategies to enhance our visibility and success on Upwork.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities on the platform.
Manage client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery.
Collaborate with our team to develop compelling proposals and pitches.
Stay updated on Upwork policies, trends, and best practices.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Business Manager or similar role, preferably on Upwork.
Excellent understanding of Upwork’s platform and its nuances.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Familiarity with web development and digital marketing concepts is a plus.
