1. It’s a professional service business for accounting/bookkeeping.
2. It will be a one-page website with icons on the top to refer back to the relevant section on the page. I will just need 5-6 taps on top (I think) I am happy with a simple WordPress or alike template.
3. There is going to be e-commerce (subscriptions, charged either yearly/quarterly/monthly) of 3 products for 3 different types of clients (one man band, micro business or small business). And subscription fees are to be deducted from clients automatically, and if they cancel, it needs to stop deducting from them.
4. The clients need to be able to log in and see the progress of the job (like upwork) and when the subscription is due and the ability to change the subscription if they need. (google/apple account for log in)
5. I need something to manage the membership and password and if they forget password etc. I will also need good security system.  
6. The clients need to upload/send their documents before the job can start, once they have sent all document via the website, they will indicate for the work to begin. Maybe a chat box type thing and documents to be sent via chatbox.
