Brazilian Defence Minister José Múcio Monteiro has postponed a weapons deal with an Israeli arms manufacturing firm until May 13. The deal with Israeli company Elbit Systems was for 36 armoured vehicles with 155 mm howitzers and the import of the self-propelled vehicles for up to $145 million. Watch.
