We are seeking an innovative and experienced team to create an Augmented Reality (AR) experience that will bring to life the history of a coal mine . Our goal is to develop an immersive AR app that allows users to explore the coal mine as it was in the early 20th century, overlaying historical elements onto the present-day landscape of the site.

**Key Project Components**:

1. **3D Modeling & Animation**: Create accurate 3D models of historical buildings, mining equipment, and figures (people, animals) based on historical records and photographs.

2. **AR Development**: Develop an AR app that uses GPS and AR technology to display these 3D models on the current landscape when viewed through a smartphone camera. The app should be compatible with major mobile platforms (iOS and Android).

3. **AI Integration**: Implement AI to provide interactive storytelling, historical information pop-ups, and a real-time Q&A feature within the app. AI should also assist in analyzing historical data for accuracy.

4. **User Interface Design**: Design an intuitive and engaging user interface for the AR app, ensuring ease of use for a wide range of audiences, including educational groups.

5. **Testing & Optimization**: Conduct testing phases for user experience feedback and app performance optimization.
