We have a very well defined scope: replicate an iOS app screen that shows a camera feed with a certain compute shader being run every frame, outputting a 3d array texture, and then using that array as a color lookup table to process the camera frame to color-code it in a certain way. Separately, a simple compute shader runs to compute the number of pixels of a certain color in the image, and then writes that to shared memory which is accessible from the CPU.

We are interested in someone who can provide a quote for this defined scope and start on implementation in the near term.
