We are seeking a talented AI and automation expert capable of integrating ChatGPT into our Airtable database and connecting Airtable with Zapier/Make. Your role will involve creating a seamless connection between these two platforms to optimize and automate our workflow processes.
Responsibilities:
Integration of ChatGPT into Airtable:
Implement and configure ChatGPT into our Airtable database.
Customize ChatGPT functionalities to meet our specific requirements.
Ensure that ChatGPT seamlessly integrates into existing workflows.
Connecting Airtable with Zapier/Make:
Set up Zapier/Make integrations to exchange data between Airtable and other tools or platforms (e.g. Social Media).
Create automated workflows in Zapier to streamline tasks and processes.
Ensure smooth data communication between Airtable and Zapier/Make.
Optimization and Maintenance:
Continuously monitor the integration to ensure efficient and error-free operation.
Troubleshoot and address any technical issues that may arise during operation.
Update and adjust integrations as per changing requirements.
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in integrating AI technologies into databases, preferably with ChatGPT.
Extensive experience using and configuring Zapier/Make for workflow automation.
In-depth understanding of Airtable and its functionalities.
Programming skills to make customizations and extensions when necessary.
Ability to independently troubleshoot and identify opportunities for improvement in existing integrations.
Strong communication skills in English to effectively communicate with our team and understand requirements.
