We are looking for a combination of Agile Business Analyst and Scrum Master. Here are the details:
• Min. 4 years of experience in software industry.
• Hands-on experience in writing USER STORIES.
• Must have worked in Agile Environment.
• Conduct Sprint Planning, Scrum Meeting and make sure development is done in a timely manner.
• Must be well-versed with wireframing tools, creating requirements and functional specifications documents and writing user-stories.
• Act as a bridge between client and developer and coordinate tasks with developers.
• Must have excellent English written and verbal skills.
• Ability to perform basic level of testing.
• Must have experience on working on project management tools such as Jira, Airtable, Trello and communication channels such as Teams.
• Strong project management skills with an ability to give presentation.
• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and should be familiar with IT jargons.
• Good to have experience in hiring ad-hoc resources as and when needed.

MUST HAVE:
• Should be available working in Indian Time Zone and able to communicate with Indian clients.

Hourly Range: $5.00-$15.00
