Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky gave a fiery speech at the United Nations Security Council on September 24. Zelensky accused Russian President Vladimir Putin of breaking international norms. He added that Russia can be forced into peace amid no end to the war. He also slammed Iran and North Korea for aiding Putin in Ukraine war.
