Nearly 100,000 military-aged Ukrainian men have fled the country over the past two months following President Volodymyr Zelensky’s decision to relax travel restrictions, according to new data. Poland’s border guard reported that around 99,000 men aged 18 to 22 have crossed into Poland — the main exit route from Ukraine — since Kyiv eased its regulations in late August that were originally meant to maintain military manpower.
