I need help organizing my set up. I currently have a Zapier account that is linked to convert-kit (where I manage my email subscribers) – but I am not utilizing their services to their fullest capacity.

I would like help gathering the following information from my whop account and creating tags on zapier so that I can target them in specific emails. (Whop is the platform that manages all of my subscribers to my discord).
1) Paid subscribers from our $15 membership
2) Paid subscribers from our $39 membership
3) Paid subscribers from our $100 membership
4) Paid subscribers who cancelled
5) People who shared their email with us / browsed the product / but did not subscribe

I am looking to send emails to these subscribers such as the following:
1) When they subscriber to ANY membership ($15,$39, or $100) – They need to be thanked/welcomed/ and instructed on how to access their purchase.
2) I need to send specific emails to the $100 membership – to inform the of the perks of their subscription.
3) I need to send a follow up email to anyone that cancels a subscription – asking for feedback – and inviting them to join again in the future.
4) I need to have an automatic response email that gets sent to anyone that messages our support email – informing them that we received their email/ and that we will respond shortly.
5) I need to send an email to anyone who shared their email with us – but isn’t subscribed to the discord – encouraging them to join – and sharing benefits of joining with them.

This is a small project in the sense that I believe this work could be completed in a few sessions. I am looking for someone that I don’t have to hold their hand through this process but can just take our needs and run with it – creating solutions and offering advice on how to fully utilize all the subscriptions we pay for.
I’m not concerned with the time the project takes as long as its done by someone proficient in what they’re doing.

Discord – I run a Stock and Crypto discord with 2,300 users.
Whop – This is the company that manages my subscribers, and their payments, and allows users access to my private discord.
ConvertKit- This company manages my email subscribers (That have shared their email with me from my website pop-up)
Zapier – This company currently pulls some information from whop – to tell me who has subscribed in general. (this was set up by my website developer) but we are looking to have much more detailed tags on zapier and really utilize their service so that we can target our clients very specifically with emails.

I would love to hear from anyone that knows they could complete this scope of work. And I would welcome advice/ and help along the way in regard to setting up an automated management of my subscribers.
I would also love to possibly work with the same person on future needs as they come up.

Hourly Range: $25.00-$35.00
