The expert will be responsible for:

Mapping email fields to Avaza project information: Identify relevant fields in emails (e.g., subject line, sender, keywords) and map them to corresponding Avaza project details (e.g., project name, assigned team member).
Creating Zaps:
One Zap for processing incoming emails:
Triggers on new emails received in specified Outlook accounts.
Extracts relevant information from emails.
Identifies corresponding Avaza project based on mapped fields.
Creates a notification within the assigned team member’s Avaza project.
Saves the email in the designated Google Drive folder.
One Zap for processing outgoing emails:
Triggers on new emails sent from specified Outlook accounts with "Avaza" in the subject line.
Extracts relevant information from emails.
Identifies corresponding Avaza project based on mapped fields.
Saves the email in the designated Google Drive folder.

Hourly Range: $12.00-$15.00
