We are seeking an experienced and skilled team to help build and manage our growing YouTube channel empire. As a Channel Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team to ensure consistent weekly video uploads and developing a strategic content schedule.

This position is reserved for individuals with a proven track record in content creation and a genuine drive to achieve financial success.

Key Responsibilities:

-Conducting thorough content research and analysis

-Creating and maintaining a content calendar for regular uploads

-Ensure videos are properly tagged and with the highest SEO practices

-Managing existing channels for optimal performance

-Provide growth strategies and milestones

-Identifying and developing new channel opportunities

-Ensuring scripts are original and of high quality

-Overseeing the creation of high-quality videos (existing resources may be available)

-Our team operates on a base pay structure with additional bonuses tied to performance metrics and milestones.

-Create weekly reports and production forecasts

Please note:

Successful candidates must demonstrate a history of success in building channels with significant viewership and engagement.

Payments are made upon successful completion of milestones; upfront payments are not provided. This policy is in place to prevent potential scams and ensure a fair working relationship. Once a history is developer, we shall change to a 50/50 payment method.
