The goal of this project is to develop a robust and scalable payment service that enables businesses to process payments efficiently. The service will leverage WorldPay’s payment APIs, specifically their triPOS API and Express API, integrated with the MOVE 5000 Ingenico device. The backend infrastructure will be hosted on Google Cloud to ensure seamless API calls between the WorldPay API and the Ingenico devices.

Specific Technologies:

-WorldPay Payment APIs
      -triPOS API: Facilitates seamless and secure transactions.
      -Express API: Provides additional functionalities for payment processing.

-Ingenico MOVE 500 Device
      -A versatile and secure payment terminal that supports various payment methods.

-Google Cloud Platform
      -Hosting and managing API calls between the WorldPay APIs and Ingenico devices.
      -Dashboard for API, manual inputs, and reporting.  

-Backend Development
     -Node.js: For server-side logic and API handling.
     -Express.js: Framework for building web applications and APIs.
-Frontend Development
     -React Native: For building cross-platform mobile applications.
     -Bootstrap: For responsive and user-friendly UI design.

triPOS Cloud (Retail):

/api/v1/sale: Handles credit and PIN debit transactions with partial approvals.
/api/v1/refund (CreditCardCredit): Processes refunds.
/api/v1/reversal: Manages reversals for same-day transaction cancellations.
/api/v1/void: Voids transactions.
/api/v1/return: Manages credit card returns.
/v1/lanes (POST & DELETE): Manages lane configurations.
