We are seeking a skilled Workflow Designer initially to design workflows for InvokeAI to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will design and optimize our AI-powered workflow to deliver highly realistic photo outputs. You will play a crucial role in integrating various components such as nodes, models, LorAs, textual inversion, ControlNet, Adapters, and image prompt engineering within our workflow to achieve exceptional quality and realism in AI-generated images.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop a comprehensive workflow for InvokeAI, ensuring seamless integration of various components like nodes, models, LorAs, textual inversion, ControlNet, and Adapters.
Implement image prompt engineering techniques to enhance the realism and detail of AI-generated photos.
Collaborate with the team to refine AI models and workflows, ensuring the output meets our high-quality standards.
Continuously monitor, test, and optimize the workflow to incorporate the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.
Provide clear documentation and support for the designed workflow, enabling team members to understand and utilize the system effectively.

Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in workflow design, particularly with InvokeAI or similar AI platforms.
Strong understanding of AI model integration and optimization, with a focus on generating photorealistic outputs.
Proficiency in using and configuring LorAs, textual inversion, ControlNet, Adapters, and other AI-enhancing technologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas, designs, and suggestions to improve team collaboration and workflow efficiency.
