We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workflow Automation Expert to assist in developing and implementing advanced automation solutions using Make.com (formerly Integromat). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of workflow automation concepts, a proven track record in Make.com, and the ability to design and execute complex automated systems that streamline business processes.

Key Responsibilities Include:
-Design, develop, and maintain workflow automation solutions using Make.com.
-Analyze and understand business requirements to develop efficient and scalable automated workflows.
-Troubleshoot and optimize existing Make.com scenarios to enhance performance and reliability.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automated workflows with other business systems.
-Provide technical guidance and support on Make.com functionalities and best practices.

Qualifications:
-Proven experience in workflow automation, specifically with Make.com.
-Strong understanding of API integrations, webhooks, and online automation tools.
-Proficiency in JSON, and experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) is advantageous.
-Good communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

The Primary Tools we will be using in Make include:
Airtable, Notion, Apollo, Zoho and Microsoft 365

Hourly Range: $12.00-$40.00
