Job Description:

   As a WordPress Webmaster, you will maintain, improve, and scale our website. Your role will encompass various tasks, ensuring the website’s performance, security, and user experience are second to none.

Key Responsibilities:

-Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of WordPress themes and plugins.
-Constantly Monitor website performance, ensuring high speed and optimal user experience.
– Implement SEO best practices in collaboration with our digital marketing team.
– Manage website security, including regular updates and protection against threats.
– Troubleshoot and resolve any WordPress-related issues, including site downtime and plugin conflicts.
– Coordinate with content teams for website content updates, layout modifications, and posting schedules.
– Conduct regular backups and ensure data recovery systems are in place and effective.
– Optimize website for mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.
– Analyze website traffic and user engagement metrics, making data-driven decisions for improvements.
– Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in WordPress management and web development.

Qualifications:

– HONEST, to be honest, is as important as your skill set.

-Proven experience as a WordPress Webmaster or similar role.
– VERY Deep understanding of WordPress, including themes, plugins, and customizations.
– 2 KEEN eyes needed,, paying attention to details.
-Knowledge of web programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
– SOME Experience with SEO, Google Analytics,
– Extensive website optimization tools.
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Again, so it sinks in. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
– Must be familiar with web design principles and user experience best practices. ( light experience we have designers )
-At least a bachelor’s degree related to the job position.
– A 95% approval rate is a must.
