Responsibilities:
– Troubleshoot and resolve layout and display issues on client websites.
– Perform website migrations, including backups, transfers, and testing.
– Install, configure, and update WordPress plugins.
– Make content changes, including adding or updating pages, posts, and media.
– Optimize website performance and ensure mobile responsiveness.
– Provide technical support and answer client queries promptly.
– Collaborate with our team to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
Requirements:
– Experience diagnosing and resolving technical web-related issues
– Reasonable understanding of HTML, CSS
– Experience with website migrations.
– Proficiency in using and configuring various WordPress plugins.
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
– Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Preferred Experience:
– Experience working with small business clients.
– Familiarity with SEO best practices.
– Knowledge of website security practices.
– Experience with page builders like Avada or Divi.
Hourly Range: $10.00-$30.00
