Tech startup currently about to start seed round. Need someone on call to handle WordPress site changes/enhancements as needed. Must be able to meet our technical needs while also providing beautiful design improvements as needed. Candidate must be able to complete basis tasks within 24-48 hours. Must also be able to complete tasks to completion. Many times, we are forced to micromanage to get a set of tasks completed correctly. That is not acceptable for us right now. We are a fast moving project and are currently in early stages so timeliness and accuracy is a requirement.

If we find the right candidate, we would love to continue with this person long-term.
