The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking ownership of our existing WordPress plugin, which seamlessly converts websites into service-style directories. Additionally, the candidate will be tasked with integrating AI technology to generate unique and engaging content for every directory page automatically.

**Responsibilities:**
– Take over the development and maintenance of our WordPress plugin, ensuring its compatibility with the latest WordPress versions and addressing any bugs or issues that may arise.
– Collaborate with the existing team to understand the plugin’s architecture and functionality thoroughly.
– Research, select, and integrate AI technology to automate the content creation process for directory pages.
– Develop custom features and functionalities as needed to enhance the plugin’s capabilities and user experience.
– Optimize plugin performance and efficiency to ensure seamless operation on various web platforms and devices.

**Requirements:**
– Proficiency in WordPress plugin development, with a proven track record of creating and maintaining high-quality plugins.
– Strong understanding of PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
– Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
– Familiarity with AI technologies, such as natural language processing (NLP) and content generation algorithms.
– Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a remote team.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
