I am looking for a development team to help diagnose, fix, and optimize a very large network of content under a WordPress Multisite install.

I have a list of deliverables / projects that need to be completed that include Site Speed issues, Net Load Time to Paint issues, SEO development, newsletter signup pop-ups and other UI/UX issues, and Mobile Experience issues.

Google Pagespeed has given our sites a very low score and our organic search rankings have reduced because of some of the technical issues, performance, and UX problems that exist.

Please provide example work and references for review when applying.
