Seeking a skilled and versatile developer/UI designer to join the team.

The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of creative flair, technical proficiency, and an entrepreneurial mindset. You will collaborate closely with the founder and work directly with our clients to deliver high-quality digital solutions for our clients.

Key responsibilities
• Utilise your expertise in Webflow and WordPress to develop visually stunning websites that meet client objectives.
• Work closely with our clients team of designers to design concepts into functional, responsive web experiences.
• Provide technical guidance and support to clients, assisting with their requests

Requirements

To be considered for this position, we require you to have:
• Confident speaking to clients on Teams / Zoom. Your English doesn’t have to be perfect, but we do need you to have your camera on during calls and not be afraid to speak.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Webflow development, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design and development skills.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in WordPress development including custom development, Elemenor and Divi skills, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design and development skills.
• Proficiency in Figma and other design tools, with the ability to effectively collaborate with designers and other team members.
• Technical proficiency and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.
• A passion for creating outstanding work of high quality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

About Us:
We’re a startup providing strategic tech consultancy and development services to established creative agencies.  We’re 3 months old with 2 clients and bringing on a 3rd. But this isn’t our first rodeo! Our founders having been working in agencies for 24 years and our clients are from their network, other well respected agencies who don’t want to build large technical teams…. This is where we step in.  Our ambition is to grow to 30 worldwide by the end of the 2024.
