We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Webmaster to join our team and manage our WordPress-based website. As the skilled WordPress Developer with experience in Elemontor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the site’s functionality, ensuring a seamless user experience, and implementing updates as needed. You will also assist in providing expertise to optimize and add additional features to the website as needed.  We will also be adding an eShop so Shopify experience is also beneficial. The developer should be able to work independently and collaborate with our team to ensure a seamless integration of the eshop with our existing website.

Responsibilities:

Perform regular checks to ensure the website is functioning optimally.
Monitor and troubleshoot any issues related to website performance, responsiveness, and security.
Update plugins, themes, and WordPress core to ensure the site is running on the latest versions.
Content Management:

Upload, edit, and manage website content, including text, images, and multimedia elements.
Ensure content is organized, well-structured, and aligns with the overall website strategy.
Make necessary content updates as requested
SEO Optimization:

Implement basic on-page SEO strategies to enhance the website’s visibility on search engines.
Optimize images, meta tags, and other elements to improve search engine rankings.
User Support:

Address user inquiries and provide technical support for website-related issues.
Collaborate with other team members to implement user feedback and improve the website’s usability.
Security and Backup:

Implement security measures to safeguard the website against potential threats.
Regularly back up website data to prevent data loss in case of unforeseen events.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a WordPress Webmaster or similar role. References will be requested.
Proficiency in WordPress CMS, including theme customization and plugin management.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Familiarity with SEO best practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Schedule:
Few hours per week. Flexible schedule with the possibility of remote work once established.
