Looking for a WordPress developer to help identify and implement a number of solutions to add and optimize sections to an existing website. The website has been moved to a new super-fast server and need to be optimized by the developer for speed once the requested modifications and changes have been made. The list of design and development changes and modification will be provided to the developer but include some of the following:
• Identify an implement a solution to handle FAQs across different topics for a dedicated FAQ page. Same solution should be implemented on multiple pages as well to show 10 to 15 of the relevant FAQs (per service provided by the law firm in this case) as well.
• Identify and implement solution to showcase recent wins and amounts of wins for clients by the law firm (marketing look). This will need to be done for every personal injury area / service offered page.
• Improve CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization): Adding a CTA (Call to action) section for every service and sub-service page at the end and elsewhere where appropriate to increase in-bound calls and emails for law firm.
• Other CRO, lead generation improvements.
• Reduce content site
• Fix XML missing situation
• All issues identified by GtMetrix and PageSpeed Insights / Google Lighthouse
• Mobile optimization
• Speed Optimization to A+
• Multiple other smaller changes also needed

Please provide example if you have engaged in such work previously and what you achieved. Ideal: work examples with law firm will be great niche-specific example.
