This is what is needed:

1. Input Location (School Name and Postcode – we will provide this so it can act as an autofill after they start typing 4 letters)
2. Workshop Selection (Can be by subject area e.g. Science, or specific workshop theme e.g. Science – Laws of Motion)
3. This will then show them a list of available dates and the price for each.
They can then select one, confirm Selection via inputting their contact details
Full Name
Email
Phone Number (Mobile)

They are then provided with a message saying that one of our team will call to confirm your booking and work with you to create a schedule to suit.

From there that will feed into our CRM via a webhook and create a record with all of the pre-populated information, and from there we can give them a call to confirm the booking and schedule – and then mark them as booked on our system.

Data that we will provide:
– List of schools in England with postcode
– List of themes we have
– Locations we are able to provide them – this is the only tricky one as the data for this is variable and availability depends on three factors with our presenting team
— What they are trained in
— Where they are based (+2 hour driving distance radius)
— When then are available
