I am currently building all of the requirements into a spreadsheet and it will be delivered to the right candidate in the next day or two. This project came up quickly and will need fast action.

I expect that we will use and buy a WordPress template built as an LMS.

There will be 3 types of user: Administrator, Client, and Learners

Administrator will own and manage the site. Clients will add content, connections, add their learners and manage them, and pay for their learners. Learners will have access to the content provided.

Key aspects of the system:
1. Clients will need to be able to submit learners to the system via API connection.
2. When learners are added, clients will be billed for new learners Pro Rated, and will automatically pay for learner renewals that aren’t cancelled each year on January 1st.
3. Clients will add various content links: Youtube/Other Video Service, Articles, and Podcast locations.
4. Learners will access the content links in an embed environment.
5. Each content learners are viewing, reading or listening to through the embed will be logged and time spent on each will be logged.
6. Learners will be able to download a report of all the activities they do in the embed window.
7. Learners can add manually different tasks that show on the report.
8. An annual report of activities and time spent can be downloaded.
9.Administrators add Clients and Monitor Learner counts on their dashboard.
10. Clients add content, learners, update billing info, see past bills on their dashboard.
11. Learners see recent activity, new additions, recommended content, place to add manual activities and time, and yearly report access.

More detail to follow, but general setup detailed in the bullets above. API built to accept new learners from clients on the backend, Emails sent to new clients welcoming them, Bill notices for clients, Stripe Integration with pro rated on demand payments and renewals.

First working draft required by May 24th with all functionality in place, final updates and full launch by June 15th with all design and system testing.
