Our expectations for a long-term contract, dealing mainly with German and European clients:

Key Responsibilities:
– Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of web projects
– Engage directly with clients to ensure their vision is fully understood and effectively implemented.
– Create innovative designs using tools like Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator
– Develop seamless websites and webshops with WordPress and WooCommerce
– Optimize web pages for maximum speed and scalability, enhancing UX and ensuring top-notch SEO performance

Essential Skills:
– Min. 5-10 years of experience
– Expert in WordPress, Elementor
– Extensive expertise in graphic design, UI/UX design
– Vast experience if web development tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator
– Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to implement dynamic and responsive web elements.
– Strong understanding of SEO principles
– Expertise in typography, color theory, and use of whitespace and visual hierarchy
– Ability to design and test wireframes and prototypes to visualize and refine website layouts and interactions.
– Language Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory, German is a plus.
