Hi,
My website is on WIX.
1) I need a few pages on my website to create a relatively simple funnel to capture details from visitors.
2) I also need the captured details to be stored somewhere, so I can retrieve the details when I need them.

I have attached a PDF as an overview to illustrate the pages and how they connect to one another to create the funnel.

If the funnel gets traction I plan on expanding this funnel significantly to capture many more details. For now I just wanted to get started with the attached.
